We carefully process and ship orders Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing once payment is confirmed.
- Domestic deliveries: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
- International deliveries: timelines may vary.
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email.

*Exchanges & Returns*

Each AEQUUS piece is made with intention, and we hope you love it.
If your order isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
- Items must remain in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will gladly issue store credit.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

*Non-Returnable Items*

For reasons of care and exclusivity, sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
