General Policy (Worldwide)

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact
    info@theaequusstudio.com prior to shipping any item.
  • Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of animal hair, with all tags attached, and in original packaging (unless received otherwise).

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
    Approved returns are issued as store credit (Aequus Voucher), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the case of defective items, manufacturing faults, or incorrect shipments, Aequus will cover the return shipping costs.

Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the full value of the item.

EU & UK Customers

  • If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days after notification.
  • Returned items must meet our standard return conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where required by law. Where possible, customers may choose to receive store credit.

United States & United Arab Emirates

  • Orders delivered to the United States and United Arab Emirates follow our standard return and exchange policy.
  • Duties, taxes, and any import-related fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of our pieces, sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if they meet our stated conditions and are approved in advance. Aequus reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with our policy.
